There are different procedures to return breast symmetry. It can be performed by lipoinjection (placing fat), breast implants, use of flaps or use of expanders, procedure is determined according to preopera-tive assessment and patient's conditions. Occasionally, reconstruction of the nipple-areola complex is needed. Symmetry of the contralateral breast (healthy) and/ or mammary pexia (breast lift surgery) may be needed as well.
